Compute in output an approximate of the median filter of image input by the 2D rectangle win.

Parameters
[in]inputThe image to be filtered.
[in]winThe rectangle.

The approximation is based on a vertical median ran after an horizontal median.

Precondition
input and output have to be initialized.
