4.4.2 ChangeLogs Updating

The way Patcher deals with ChangeLogs is controlled via the :change-logs-updating project option. Its value (a symbol) must be one of automatic (the default), manual or nil.

• Automatic ChangeLogs: Automatic creation of ChangeLog skeletons
• Manual ChangeLogs: When ChangeLog entries already exist
• No ChangeLogs: For project that don't use ChangeLog files
