Unless you provide it with an explicit :tagline argument,
declt uses the system’s long name or description (provided they
are one-liners) to construct a subtitle. Consequently, it is advisable to
use a single (short) line of text for these slots. The system’s long
name should typically be the expansion of the system’s name, if that’s
an acronym, or be left to nil.
