The EPITA Research and Development Laboratory (LRDE) is a research laboratory under the tutelage of EPITA, Graduate School of Computer Science. Belonging to a private university, the LRDE is an exception in an environment where academic scientific research is almost exclusively the responsibility of public bodies. It is composed of 8 researchers, 2 research engineers, 1 administrative assistant, 4 PhD students et 10 research students. Building on its solid scientific production and academic collaborations, the laboratory participates in several industrial contracts and academic research projects.
